Daughters of the West – Lake Gardens

The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation, in partnership with the City of Ballarat, invites women aged 18+ to join Daughters of the West — a free 10-week health and wellbeing program designed to nurture physical, mental, and social wellness while fostering deep community connections.

More than a fitness class, Daughters of the West weaves together:

• Free movement sessions for all fitness levels
• Expert-led education on holistic wellbeing
• Mental health and emotional support
• Welcoming spaces for friendship, belonging, and sisterhood
• Supportive, inclusive environment open to women of all backgrounds
