A sharp, no-holds-barred comedy from playwright Grace Wilson and director Indiah Morris, Pony Club dives headfirst into the messy glory of identity, online fandoms, and the growing-pains chaos that comes with figuring yourself out in public. Think coming-of-age meets digital wildfire — with a side of panic, laughter, and a whole lot of self-discovery.

Cassie, Sam, Tai, and Jay — a quartet of Ipswich high schoolers — think they’re flying under the radar. That is, until their secret Harry Potter fanfic suddenly blows up online. Now, everyone’s waiting for the next chapter from PonyLuvr459. But as a determined fan starts blurring the line between screen and real life, their anonymous authorship — and all the truths they’re not yet ready to face — comes under serious threat.

Supporting the production are the Melt Giving Circle and Observatory Theatre’s Telescope New Writing Program — bringing fresh, fearlessly honest voices to the stage.
