Sparrowland Short Film Festival – Queer Edition

We are so proud to present this selection of the most human, heartfelt, inspirational and Queer-friendly films of Sparrowland 2026. These shorts are out and proud and full of passion, bravery and human spirit.

Join us for this celebration of local, national and international little shorts with big hearts, plus a panel discussion with local Queer filmmakers and creatives. This is an event for lovers, cinephiles and filmmakers alike.

The duration of this event is approximately 2.5 hours including a 15-minute interval and a Q&A panel session. Suitable for ages 15+.
