Art Express, August: Queer Creativity Unleashed!

Hey there, beautiful souls of all genders! 👋 Ready to paint your truth, sketch your dreams, and colour outside the lines of societal norms? Art Express is your monthly sanctuary for trans, gender diverse, and non-binary folks (plus your chosen family/friends) to get artsy, affirm yourself, and connect with your community. No experience? No worries! Just bring your vibe and maybe a hoodie (windows open for freshness, not just vibes 😉).

What’s on the canvas?

• Guided art activities designed for self-expression, affirmation, and social connection (think: painting your pronouns, collage of your icons, drawing your ideal gender euphoria).
• Facilitated by the brilliant Tiger Salmon (they/them), queer writer, artist, and Master’s graduate in Therapeutic Arts Practice. They’re basically your art therapist with glitter.
• 100% free! Just register to secure your spot and let your inner artist bloom.

• Your supportive friends and allies
• Neurodivergent, POC, and all abilities? We got you! This space is for everyone.

COVID Safety? We got you covered:

• Free N95/K94 masks? Check. Wear ’em if you want — your safety, your call.
• Windows open for fresh air? Check (bring layers — it’s art, not sauna).
• Hand sanitiser and air purifiers? Double check.
• Feeling unwell? Stay home, email us, and we’ll hold your spot. No guilt, just care.
