Need to get documents signed? Whether you’re updating legal forms, applying for official documentation, or handling personal paperwork — our friendly Justice of the Peace team is here to help. Held at the heart of Melbourne’s queer community, this free service is designed to make accessing official documentation simple, safe, and stress-free. No appointment necessary — just walk in during opening hours.

Our trained Justices of the Peace are experienced in handling a variety of documents including statutory declarations, affidavits, identification copies, and more. This service is delivered with kindness, cultural awareness, and respect — so you can feel confident your paperwork is handled with care.

This event is part of an ongoing series available every Saturday (excluding public holidays) at the Victorian Pride Centre. You’ll find welcoming faces, wheelchair-accessible spaces, and multilingual support where available. This is a quiet, respectful environment — perfect if you need assistance with sensitive documents or just prefer a supportive, community-run setting.

We especially encourage participation from LGBTIQA+ community members, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, People of Colour, People with disability, Refugee & Asylum seekers, Multicultural, and Multifaith groups — this space is designed to be accessible and inclusive for everyone.

All services are delivered in English, and all documents are handled confidentially. Bring your original documents and photo ID — and let us do the rest. No judgment, no rush, just helpful support when you need it.
