DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre
Need a document witnessed or certified? The Victorian Pride Centre is here to help with its monthly Justice of the Peace (JP) Document Signing Centre — a free, community-focused service designed to support our LGBTQIA+ family and allies with essential documentation needs.
Whether you’re preparing legal forms, affidavits, statutory declarations, or simply need a signature witnessed, our friendly and experienced JPs are standing by to assist you in a safe, welcoming, and fully wheelchair-accessible space. No appointment needed — just drop in during our opening hours.
This initiative is part of VPC Presents, a program built to foster inclusion, accessibility, and justice for all. We’re proud to offer this service to LGBTIQA+ individuals, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, People of Colour, People with disability, Refugee & Asylum seekers, Multicultural and Multifaith groups — because everyone deserves equitable access to justice.
All services are delivered in English, and our team is trained to support with sensitivity and discretion. Bring your documents, questions, and coffee order — we’ve got you covered.
Have a specific form or need? Feel free to email us in advance to ensure we’re ready for you: info@pridecentre.org.au.
If you’re not in Melbourne but need JP services, many councils offer free JP services too — check your local library or community centre.
Thanks to RVAHJ for their ongoing support in delivering this vital community service.
