DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre

Need your documents signed? You’re in luck. The Victorian Pride Centre hosts a free, accessible, and welcoming Justice of the Peace (JP) Document Signing Centre — the only one within 10km of Melbourne’s CBD not located in a police station or courthouse.

This community-focused service is open to all, regardless of background or identity. Whether you’re finalising tenancy agreements, affidavits, or other official forms, our friendly JPs are here to assist — no appointment needed. Drop in anytime between 12pm and 4pm.

Located at the heart of St Kilda, the Victorian Pride Centre is a safe, inclusive space designed with accessibility in mind — including wheelchair access — ensuring everyone can access vital services with dignity.

This service is proudly organised by RVAHJ, with the goal of embedding community care, inclusion, and safety into the daily rhythm of Melbourne’s LGBTQIA+ life. It’s not just about paperwork — it’s about knowing you’re supported, seen, and safe.

Perfect for newcomers, students, renters, or anyone needing a legal witness — and yes, we welcome allies too. Come for the paperwork, stay for the community.

Important notes:

  • Free entry — no fees, no hidden costs.
  • Open every Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Wheelchair accessible venue.
  • Bring original documents and photo ID.
