DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre
Need a Justice of the Peace to witness your documents? You’re in the right place. The Victorian Pride Centre is rolling out its regular Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre to support our community with accessible, affirming, and free document witnessing services.
Whether you’re confirming IDs, signing affidavits, or getting forms notarised, our friendly JPs are here to help — with no appointment needed. Come along during our open hours, grab a seat, and let us take the stress out of paperwork.
This isn’t just a service — it’s part of our ongoing commitment to inclusion and accessibility. We know navigating official systems can be daunting, especially for LGBTIQA+ folks, multicultural communities, people with disability, First Nations people, and those seeking asylum. That’s why we’ve created a calm, welcoming space designed for you.
- Free and open to everyone
- Wheelchair accessible venue
- Support in plain English — no jargon, no pressure
- Staff & JPs trained in LGBTQIA+ cultural safety
- Safe space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, People of Colour, Multifaith, and Refugee & Asylum Seeker communities
Bring your documents, bring your questions, and if you just need a quiet moment — that’s okay too. We’re glad you’re here.
"We’re not just here to stamp paperwork — we’re here to make sure you feel seen, heard, and supported as you take care of life’s little (or big!) official bits." — RVAHJ team
Remember, we’re open every Saturday — excluding public holidays — at the same time, same place. Mark your calendar, share with a friend, and swing by when it suits you.
