DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre

Need help with affidavits, statutory declarations, or other legal documents? The Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre is here to support you. Open every Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 12pm to 4pm, this service is designed to make legal processes more accessible and less stressful.

This initiative is part of the Victorian Pride Centre’s ongoing commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and community safety. Whether you’re updating your ID, signing forms for housing or healthcare, or need a witness for an official document, our friendly, trained volunteers are ready to assist you with care and confidentiality.

Located in the heart of St Kilda, the Victorian Pride Centre is fully wheelchair accessible and welcomes everyone — including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender diverse, intersex, queer, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people of colour, people living with disability, refugee and asylum seekers, and those from multicultural and multifaith backgrounds.

This is more than just paperwork — it’s about reducing barriers and fostering trust within our community. We prioritise safety, respect, and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.

The service is delivered in English and is free of charge. No appointment is necessary — just drop in during our opening hours. If you have specific needs or would like to request a quiet moment, our team is happy to accommodate you.

Whether you’re new to Melbourne or have lived here for years, this service is here for you. We believe everyone deserves dignified, equitable access to legal support — and we’re proud to stand alongside our community to make that happen.
