DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre

Need your documents signed? The Victorian Pride Centre is proud to offer a free, welcoming, and accessible community service every Saturday afternoon — no appointment required.

This is a safe, inclusive space designed for everyone in our LGBTQIA+ communities and allies. Whether you’re finalising tenancy agreements, applying for a new visa, verifying official documents, or just need a JP to witness a signature, we’ve got you covered.

Our Justices of the Peace are experienced, friendly, and here to help you with whatever paperwork comes your way — with a warm smile and zero judgment. No need to worry about navigating complex bureaucracy alone — bring your forms, your questions, and your coffee, and let’s get things signed off together.

Wheelchair accessible and designed with accessibility in mind, this service is open to all — regardless of your background, identity, or how complex your forms are. We believe in practical care for our community, and sometimes that means standing beside you when you’re handing over your ID or signing a lease.

Whether you’re a long-time local or just settling into Melbourne, this service is here to support you in the quiet, everyday moments that keep life moving forward. And yes — we’ll even help you figure out what goes where if you’re not sure.

What to bring:

• Your documents — printed or digital (we’ll help you print if needed)
• Your photo ID — driver’s licence, passport, or Medicare card
• Any supporting forms or letters you’re submitting

This isn’t a formal office — it’s a warm, community-driven space. No queues, no fees, and no need to worry about whether you’ve ‘got everything right’. Just show up between 12–4pm on a Saturday (excluding public holidays), and we’ll make sure you leave with everything signed, stamped, and sorted.

Big thanks to our wonderful Justices of the Peace — the unsung heroes who show up every week to make life just a little bit easier for our community. And thanks to RVAHJ for helping make this possible.
