DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre
Need a document witnessed or certified? The Victorian Pride Centre offers a welcoming, no-judgment space for Justice of the Peace services — designed with our LGBTQIA+ community in mind, especially our allies, newcomers, and those navigating systems that don’t always feel built for us.
Whether you’re finalising tenancy agreements, applying for visas, or getting forms certified for study or work, our friendly, trained JPs are here to help. This service runs every Saturday (excluding public holidays) and is free — because access to justice shouldn’t come with a price tag or a queue.
Located at the heart of St Kilda, the Victorian Pride Centre is a warm, wheelchair-accessible hub where everyone — regardless of gender, sexuality, culture, or ability — can get the help they need in a safe, affirming environment.
This initiative supports:
- LGBTQIA+ individuals who may face barriers in traditional legal or administrative settings
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people seeking culturally safe support
- People of Colour, Multifaith, Refugee & Asylum seeker communities
- People with disability who need accessible services
- Multicultural groups navigating Australian systems
Bring your documents (we can’t notarise documents requiring an official stamp — if in doubt, ask!), and we’ll handle the rest. No appointment needed — just drop in between 12pm and 4pm on Saturdays.
