DSC@VPC – Justice of the Peace Document Signing Centre at Victorian Pride Centre
Get life’s important paperwork sorted, darlings! This is the ONLY document signing centre within a 10km radius of Melbourne’s CBD that is NOT a police station or law court — and it’s queerer than your Auntie’s holiday sweater.
Every Saturday from 12–4pm (excluding public holidays), we’ve got Justices of the Peace on hand to witness, certify and execute your important documents — and yes, it’s FREE. No appointment needed. Walk in with your passport, lease, or that weird legal form your cousin sent you — we’ve got you covered like glitter on a drag queen’s face.
Hosted by RVAHJ — the community heroes keeping our paperwork in order — this is your safe, accessible, and seriously inclusive service. Wheelchair accessible? Check. Multilingual support? You bet. Open to Lesbie, Gay, Bi, Trans, Gender Diverse, Intersex, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples, People of Colour, People living with disability, Refugee & Asylum seekers, Multicultural, Multifaith folks? Hell yes. We see you. We welcome you. We’ll even stamp your form if it’s not too fancy.
Got questions? Drop a line to kathcooney21@gmail.com or call 0438 211 785. Want to learn more about RVAHJ? Visit the org site — they’re doing the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.
Location? None other than the iconic Victorian Pride Centre — 79-81 Fitzroy St, St Kilda — where community meets convenience and paperwork meets peace of mind.
