Naarm’s Drag King and Thing scene is blossoming — and this night is its brightest spotlight. A curated platform for bold, boundary-pushing talent from the trans and gender diverse community, GENESIS gives space for artists to experiment, evolve, and shine.

Hosted with effortless charm by Dragon Yutahell and Johnny Cocksville — two stalwarts of the local scene — the evening promises a mix of mischief and meaning. Expect acts that twist tradition, defy expectations, and celebrate identity with creativity, not cliché. This isn’t about spectacle for spectacle’s sake — it’s about giving artists the runway to truly stretch their wings.
