Step into the spotlight and let your inner pop-star shine — GLAM JAM is a dynamic, inclusive heels class where sass meets sweat, and confidence is the only dress code. Rooted in Vogue, commercial dance, and fierce expression, this session is all about movement, music, and community. No prior experience? No problem. Everyone from first-timers to seasoned shimmers is welcome.

What to Expect:

• Non-stop, easy-to-follow choreography set to bangers — the music never stops, and neither will you.
• A full-body vibe session disguised as a party — think endorphins, sass, and zero judgment.
• Encouragement from start to finish — we cheer loud, we hype hard, and we celebrate every step (or stumble).
• Perfect for all levels. Seriously. Whether you’re dancing in sneakers or heels, you’re part of the crew.

What to Bring:

• Your water bottle (and maybe a towel — you’ll need it).
• Outfits that make you feel fabulous — think comfy gym gear or something sparkly. Heels optional. Confidence mandatory.
