GLAM JAM FRIDAYS — 21ST AUGUST

Expect a seamless blend of voguing, commercial dance, and pop-inspired choreography, all set to tunes that keep you moving from the first beat to the last. Whether you’re there to sweat, sparkle, or simply sway, this class is built around good energy, community, and zero judgment.

What’s in store

• A full-body workout disguised as a dance party — no breaks, no boring stretches, just continuous movement.
• Curated playlists that bring the energy, from chart-toppers to underground bangers — no song is off-limits.
• Clear, easy-to-follow cues — even if you’ve never danced before, you’ll find your groove.
• A room full of encouragement, cheer, and positive vibes — no fancy footwork required.
• Towel, water, and sass — don’t forget your water bottle, a towel (sweat is encouraged), and your favourite outfit — whether that’s a sequin top or comfy gym gear.

Heel notes

Yes, heels are welcome — but they’re not mandatory. If you’re strapping on heels, make sure they’ve got ankle support and a height you can dance in confidently. Wear what lets you move freely — whether that’s sneakers, flats, or a pair you’ve tested at home first.

Need to know

Doors open at 6:20 PM — arrive early to find parking (street spots are free and available nearby). The session runs from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Spots are limited, so book ahead to secure your place.
