jo's top surgery fundraiser PARTY ( ๏ 人 ๏ ) 𐦂𖨆𐀪𖠋

I'm throwing a party to raise funds and celebrate my upcoming mastectomy! All funds will go towards my surgery and various appointments, which equate to #a lot :p

This is open to anyone and everyone! So come along, bring a friend and come dance with my favourite DJs ever:

🍷Milneys Upstairs - 451b Brunswick St, Fitzroy

We will be dancing to a mix of some disco, nu-disco, funk, soul, acid, boogie, old school house... and a very exciting live set from Spit (ambient, electroacoustic experimental joy)

There will also be a market (including prints, art and other bits) as well as a chill out area! If you'd like to contribute something to sell, please DM me or just bring it along on the day.

Tickets start at $20 with the option to contribute more if you'd like. Your support means everything! Any additional contribution is entirely optional and deeply appreciated !!

Limited tickets available on the door. Buying in advance really helps me get a sense of numbers, so grab one early if you can 🤞

Access: The event space if located inside Milneys, walk into the bar and the stairway is along the wall to your left. There's untimed parking along Alexandra Parade, and the 11 tram stops right out the front.

Accessibility: Unfortunately, the venue is only accessible by 2 flights of stairs. If you require assistance with accessing the space, please send me a message and I'll see whats possible. Eager to have this event enjoyed by everyone where possible!
