Lesbian, Trans and Gender-Diverse (LTGD) Gaming Session

Calling all queer gamers, card-carrying socializers, and anyone who wants to spend a chilled Saturday afternoon laughing, strategizing, and connecting in good company. This session is specifically created for lesbian, trans, and gender-diverse folks — a warm, welcoming space to unwind, play, and simply be yourself without explanation or performance.

Hosted by Melbourne Gaymers, this monthly gathering invites you to ditch the screens and dive into tactile, laughter-filled tabletop fun. Whether you’re a seasoned board gamer or just love the idea of playing games with friendly queer folk, you’re welcome here.

Our selection of games includes crowd favorites like Unstable Unicorns (perfect for chaotic, competitive vibes), Codenames (ideal for word nerd teams), Exploding Kittens (absurd, fast-paced, and endlessly replayable), Coup (for the sneaky, bluffed-out players), Uno (yes, the classic), Guess Who (nostalgia + deduction), and plenty of standard card decks for poker, rummy, or whatever your crew wants to invent.

The vibe? Casual, inclusive, and intentionally low-pressure. No judgment if you’re new to the games — we’ll walk you through the rules over a drink and a snack. The focus is on connection, not competition.

Food and drinks are available via Littlefoot’s kitchen menu — think hearty pub classics with a twist, plus plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to keep everyone happy. We encourage you to treat yourself — after all, you deserve it.

Event is 18+ only. Tickets are free, but please register so we can plan accordingly and ensure we’ve got enough game tables and space for everyone.

This isn’t a party, a club night, or a performance — it’s a social hangout for the LGBTQIA+ community to relax, play, and build community in a space designed for us. Bring your friends, make new ones, and just enjoy being around people who get it.
