Lesbirun: Life Drawing #6 — Queer Bodies, Bold Strokes & Bad Wine
Grab your pencils (and maybe your favorite queer wine) for an evening where creativity meets community and nobody judges your stick figures. We’re setting up cozy vibes at Studio Take Care — a non-squeaky-floored, no-pressure zone to sketch, sip, and socialize with other hot (literally and figuratively) queer souls.
Our life models? Three glorious, queer, and trans artists who’ll show off their bodies with pride — because representation matters, and so does not having to draw another apple.
What we’ve got for you:
- Sketching materials (yes, we’ll supply paper and pencils — but BYO if you’re a charcoal rebel)
- 2-3 gorgeous, confident, queer models holding pose (and maybe cracking jokes)
- Zero judgment — seriously, if you draw a blob that looks like your ex, we’ll call it modern art
- Bar open for mingling and lubricating those creative juices
Arrive at 6pm to mingle, grab a drink, flirt a little, and get your artist’s heart pounding before we start sketching at 6:15pm sharp.
It’s not about being a Picasso, it’s about being present — in your body, in your community, and in the moment.
Bring your friends, your crush, your sketchbook full of bad self-portraits — we’ll make space for all of it.
And if you’re wondering… yes, ‘Life Drawing’ is the official title. No, we’re not doing anything else. But if you wanna call it ‘Naked Queer People You Get To Draw’, we won’t stop you.
