UBQ's NYE House Party!

Ring in the New Year at UBQ with a night of glitter, groove, and genuine good times. This year’s NYE celebration is all about community, connection, and keeping things joyfully queer. Whether you’re dancing under the lights or cheering on your favourites from the sidelines, you’ll be welcomed with open arms — and probably a confetti cannon.

We’ve got a show-stopping lineup that blends drag dazzle with dancefloor heat. Headlining the night are the sensational Art Simone, Max Drag Queen, and Millie Minogue — each bringing their own brand of sparkle and sass. Spinning the beats to keep you moving all night long are DJ Nic Holland and DJ Tonky, curating a soundtrack that’s equal parts nostalgic and fresh.

This is more than just a party — it’s a moment. A chance to reflect on the year gone by, celebrate how far we’ve come, and toast to what’s ahead. We’ll be setting the vibe with ambient lighting, cheeky decor, and a few surprises tucked in for good measure.

Got a friend new to the scene? Bring them along — we pride ourselves on being a welcoming space for all. And for our regulars? Consider this your annual reunion with the fam. There’ll be plenty of room to mingle, laugh, and maybe even snag a dance with someone special.

Don’t worry about planning the night — we’ve got you covered from curtain call to champagne pop. Just bring your best outfit (sparkly optional, encouraged), your favourite people, and your party spirit. We’ll handle the rest.
