Manhood

A compelling documentary-drama hybrid exploring modern masculinity through a queer lens. Filmmaker Daniel Lombroso weaves intimate personal stories with broader cultural commentary — all while keeping the heart front and centre. This is not just a film, it’s a conversation starter with heart, humour, and humanity.

Perfect for those who love thought-provoking cinema with emotional depth, Manhood sits comfortably between candid documentary and narrative drama — offering both reflection and resonance.

Screening as part of the Melbourne Queer Film Festival, this is a rare chance to experience this timely, tender, and utterly human story on the big screen.
