MIXR.MELB HAUNTED — Halloween Spooktacular for Gay Men

Get ready to celebrate Halloween — aka Gay Christmas — in true inclusive style! MIXR.MELB HAUNTED is Melbourne’s most welcoming, clothing-optional gathering for gay men. Whether you’re here to chat, mingle, cruise, or just soak in the vibe, this is your safe, judgment-free zone to be your full self.

Set the mood with tunes spun by DJ Overtime B2B DJ Jase Lasso — a dynamic duo that brings the beats to match your energy. Don’t forget to dress up (or down!) for the Best Dressed Competition — prizes await those who bring their spooky flair!

For newcomers, MIXR.MELB is a space designed for connection — whether you’re just dipping your toes into the scene or you’re a seasoned pro. All relationship types, kinks, and identities are embraced here. Trans and cis gay and bisexual men over 18 are welcome to join.

Accessibility matters — the venue is wheelchair friendly with a dedicated accessible bathroom. Need a late-night refuel? Enjoy $10 pints and basics starting at midnight.

We celebrate the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation and warmly welcome all First Nations and culturally diverse guests to this joyful gathering.

House rules: 18+ only, RSA compliant. Consent is non-negotiable — always communicate boundaries and get a clear, enthusiastic 'yes'. Mobile phones stay at the bar. Our friendly staff are here to ensure everyone feels safe — if something doesn’t feel right, they’ll discreetly check in with you. A photographer may be present; consent and discretion are practiced at all times.

Looking after your sexual health? Regular testing is encouraged. Visit MSHC, Thorne Harbour, or Access Health & Community for support. Need PEP? Start within 72 hours of potential exposure at getpep.info.
