Connect With Nature, Reconnect With Yourself

Step into a gentle, grounding space designed for transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse people. Led by Kayte (she/her), a counsellor, educator, and certified garden therapist, this monthly session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the quiet power of the natural world as a source of healing and strength.

Whether you’re drawn to solo reflection or quiet presence in a supportive circle, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Nature holds space — no talking required, no expectations to meet. Just you, the trees, and a slow, safe rhythm that reminds you of your place in the living world.

What To Expect

  • Guided nature-based activities that foster presence and calm
  • Opportunities to reflect — or simply rest — in a nurturing outdoor environment
  • A chance to connect with yourself and others, if you choose
  • Sessions held on the first Saturday of each month, weather permitting
