Nature Therapy, September
Alright, queer fam — this one’s for you. Step into your own personal forest sanctuary where the trees whisper affirmations and the birds sing your pronouns. Hosted by the wildly talented Kayte (she/her), this isn’t your average walk in the park — it’s a full-on, soul-nourishing, grounding experience tailored for trans, gender diverse, and non-binary folks. Bring your softness, your sparkle, your anxiety, your joy — nature’s got space for it all.
What to expect? Guided nature moments. Quiet reflections. Zero pressure to perform. Just you, the earth, and the gentle hum of belonging. Kayte’s been weaving therapeutic magic outside for over 25 years — from hospitals to her private practice, Admirari Nature Therapy — and now she’s bringing those healing vibes to a hidden park in Brunswick East. Location? Secret until you register — like a queer nature treasure hunt. Don’t worry — TGV will be there to make sure the space stays safe and sacred.
This event is neurodivergent, POC, and all-abilities friendly. You must be 16+. There’s a $5 deposit (refundable if you attend or cancel 48+ hours in advance). If cost is a barrier? Email peersupport@tgv.org.au — they’ve got your back.
Pro tip: Wear comfy shoes, bring a blanket or journal, and let go of the need to be anywhere else. The earth is holding you — literally.
