Online Discussion Group: Boundaries

Join a warm, welcoming digital circle designed for LGBT+ peers to connect, reflect, and grow together — all from the comfort of your own space. We kick off each session with a gentle 314 check-in (three things you’re grateful for, one thing you need support with, and four deep breaths), setting a calm and intentional tone for our shared conversation.

This month, we’ll be gently exploring the theme of boundaries: what they mean for us personally, how they show up in relationships, and how we can honor ourselves while staying connected to community. Whether you're navigating new friendships, romantic partnerships, or simply relearning how to say no — this is a judgment-free space to share, listen, and be seen.

We’re a collaboration between Euphoria Foundation’s 314 Movement and LGBT+ Social Hub Melbourne. All queer adults aged 18+ are invited. No experience needed. No agendas. No pressure. Just real talk, real connection, and real support — with zero expectations except kindness.
