Saturday Glam Jam: Heels Intro
Think heels are intimidating? Think again. This one-hour class is designed to help you move with confidence — whether you’re new to heels or just want to feel a little more fierce on the dance floor. Inspired by Vogue, commercial dance, and all things joyful, this isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling good, moving freely, and having fun with your fellow dancers.
Expect non-stop movement to a killer playlist — think upbeat bops that make you want to turn up the volume. The vibe is supportive, inclusive, and totally judgment-free. No matter your fitness level, you’ll leave buzzing with endorphins, sass, and maybe even a little sweat. (Don’t worry — we provide the towel.)
What to Expect
- One hour of choreography that flows seamlessly from start to finish, no awkward pauses.
- Dance both with and without mirrors — connect with your moves and the people around you.
- A warm-up that gets you ready, and a cool-down that leaves you feeling accomplished.
- A curated soundtrack featuring songs like Tate McRae’s “It’s ok im ok” to keep your energy high.
- Encouragement from the instructor — because dancing should feel like a celebration, not a test.
What to Bring
- A water bottle — hydration is key.
- A towel — dancing in heels is a workout, after all.
- An outfit that makes you feel like your best self — whether that’s glam or gym-ready.
- Footwear: heels or sneakers — whatever lets you move comfortably.
- Your energy. Seriously — bring your full self.
If you're new to heels, start with a low heel or a heeled boot for extra stability. If you’re shopping for something affordable, the instructor swears by SHEIN for dance-friendly options — just search “dance heels.”
