Saturday Glam Jam Heels Intro

Ready to strut your stuff in heels? This welcoming, high-energy dance class is designed to make you feel confident, fierce, and fabulous — no experience required. Inspired by Vogue, Heels, and commercial dance, this session celebrates movement, fun, and self-expression. Whether you're new to heels or looking to level up your strut, you're in the right place.

We focus on technique without losing the groove — expect continuous choreography, upbeat bops, and loads of encouragement. Bring your queen energy, wear what makes you feel powerful, and dance like nobody’s watching (because honestly, they’re too busy dancing with you).

What to Expect

• A 60-minute class packed with at least 50 minutes of non-stop dancing.
• Easy-to-follow routines that flow from start to finish with the music.
• A supportive, judgment-free environment for all fitness and dance levels.
• Plenty of laughs, hype, and celebration — this is a dance party disguised as a workout.
• Both mirror and non-mirror dancing so you can focus on the choreo and connect with the community.

What to Bring

• A water bottle and towel — you’re going to sweat (in the best way).
• An outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable — whether that’s glam, sporty, or somewhere in between.
• Footwear: Heels or sneakers — if you’re new to heels, start with a low, supportive pair (like a heeled boot). Our instructor swears by affordable dance heels from SHEIN — just search “dance heels”!
• Yourself — and a willingness to have fun.

First-time wearer? We recommend starting low — comfort and stability matter more than height. There’s no pressure to be perfect; just show up and let the rhythm guide you.

Need to Know

Doors open at 12:50 PM — arrive early to find parking (free street parking is available!). The class is for ages 18+ and runs in person. Refunds are available up to two days before the event.
