Text Express, October

Calling all transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary storytellers — whether you’ve been writing for decades or you’re just picking up a pen for the first time, this is your space.

Hosted by the wonderful Tiger Salmon (they/them), Text Express is a monthly writing circle designed to be gentle, encouraging, and deeply affirming. We believe everyone has a story worth telling — and here, you’ll find the prompts, the peace, and the peer support to bring it to life.

Each session includes:

• Writing prompts that spark joy, curiosity, and connection
• Tips and tricks to grow your writing skills — no pressure, just play
• A warm, low-stakes environment where you can choose to share your work or simply soak up the vibes

Bring your notebook, laptop, or trusty pen — and come as you are. This space is crafted to feel safe, inclusive, and celebratory of your full, authentic self.

We’re neurodivergent-friendly, POC-welcoming, and all-abilities inclusive. Participants must be 16 years or older.

Covid safety: Your well-being matters. Free N95 and K94 masks are available (and encouraged!), along with hand sanitiser and air purification. Let’s make sure we all stay safe while we write.
