The Fixation

Álvaro, a photographer navigating financial strain and caregiving for his ailing father, accepts an erotic assignment that draws him back into the orbit of Felipe — a model from his past. What begins as professional reconnection spirals into obsession, tension, and emotional peril. A compelling blend of intimacy and suspense, this Argentine-British co-production weaves raw human drama with the chill of a psychological thriller.

Shot in rich, atmospheric tones and featuring compelling performances, The Fixation explores desire, vulnerability, and the consequences of revisiting ghosts from our history — all framed through the lens of contemporary queer experience. Not for the faint of heart, but deeply rewarding for those who appreciate character-driven narratives with emotional depth.
