City of Monash: Trans Social Club
Affirmation Station is heading to the City of Monash for a special gathering designed just for transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary folks 18+ who live, work, study, or play in the area. This is your chance to connect with others in a safe, affirming, and joyful environment — no pressure, no agenda, just good vibes and good company.
We’ll kick things off with a gentle social activity to help everyone feel comfortable and get to know one another. After that, the floor is yours — grab a board game, dive into arts and crafts (we’ll have supplies ready!), or just sit back and chat. Bring your favorite game to share if you’ve got one — or just come as you are.
Light snacks will be provided, and we’ll have fidget toys and hand sanitiser available for anyone who needs them. Mask-wearing is optional but encouraged. The venue is fully accessible, with accessible parking, a firm path to the entrance, and an accessible toilet inside.
This event is neurodivergent, POC, and all-abilities friendly — we’re here to make space for you. If you have specific access needs, please reach out ahead of time so we can make it work for you.
Facilitated by TGV’s warm and welcoming team — Britt (they/them), Ez (they/them), and Kai (he/him) — this is a space designed with your comfort and community in mind.
