Spring is in the air — and so are the cocktails, the beats, and the good vibes. SQS Sydney Queer Social invites you to their Spring Fling upstairs at Stonewall Newtown, where the only thing more colorful than the décor is the crowd.
This is not just another night out — it’s a celebration of queer joy, community, and the little things that make life sparkle. Whether you’re marking your birthday, catching up with friends, or finally meeting that someone you’ve been swiping right on for weeks, this is the night to do it with glitter in your smile and a welcome drink in your hand.
Live vocals, camp, and glamour come courtesy of Australia’s Best Live Singing Drag Queen, Kara Zmatiq. You’ll laugh, you’ll dance, and you might even spot a familiar face from last month’s SQS Sunday.
And because one diva is never enough, the decks are shared by our incredible SQS DJs:
When 9pm hits, Stonewall’s nightclub opens and DJ Munza and DJ Leow take the reins for a full evening of dancing and good company.
We’re also celebrating September birthdays — so bring a sense of occasion and maybe a candle or two (optional, but encouraged). Cake calories don’t count when consumed in the spirit of community.
