Board your private coach bright and early at 8:15am (location to be announced), and settle in for a scenic ride to the wine country. The bus departs promptly at 8:30am — think Kylie Minogue tunes, chilled water, and good vibes guaranteed.

Once arrived, you’ll hop between premium wineries for paid tastings — think effervescence at Peterson House, organic sips at Tamburlaine, bold reds at Bimbadgen, and classics at Brokenwood Wines. Between glasses, explore the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory and sweeten your day with treats at Sabor Dessert Bar or Pokolbin Cider House.

Feast Mode: Wood Fire Pizza Included 🍕

Midday, gather at Bimbadgen for unlimited gourmet wood-fired pizza — a perfect pairing for your wine journey. Whether you’re here for the full boozy experience ($125) or prefer to skip the drinks ($65), the day is curated to include everyone.

Returning to Sydney by 6:00pm, you’ll head home full of wine, memories, and maybe even a new friend or two. No pressure — just pure, joyful connection.
