✨ Thursday Chinese/English Meetup ✨

Every other Thursday evening, our bilingual crew gathers in the heart of Sydney for real talk, real laughs, and real connections — no awkward small talk, just good vibes and language practice.

Originally designed for Mandarin and English speakers to sharpen their skills, we’ve grown into a warm, welcoming community — think 20–30 folks each time, mostly native Chinese speakers with a sprinkle of English speakers learning Mandarin. Whether you’re here to practice, make friends, or just hang out, you’re welcome.

🚨 Big update starting November 6, 2025: We’re going bi-weekly, rotating hosts, and changing venues each time (always near the CBD — RSVP required on Meetup!).

Our volunteer squad? A wild mix: a long-time Aussie expat, a recent international student, a 70s-born migrant, and several new locals. Want to help us? We’re always looking for more volunteers — ping Hong or the host on the day!
