The LSC Launch Pickleball

Kick off something special with the Lesbian Sports Club — a brand new community space designed for queer women who love moving their bodies, laughing together, and making genuine connections. Whether you’re a seasoned pickleball pro or holding a paddle for the first time, this launch event is all about fun, inclusivity, and building lasting friendships over gentle volleys and cheerful cheers.

We’re gathering at House of Pickle — a welcoming indoor court space in the heart of Sydney — where you’ll enjoy a relaxed afternoon of social play, curated playlists, and zero pressure. Think light competition, high fives, and zero judgment. No ranking, no referees, no agendas — just vibes, rallies, and good times.

All players will receive one complimentary drink and a plate of tasty nibbles to keep energy levels up. Whether you come solo or bring your crew, you’ll walk away with a smile, a new friend or two, and maybe even a new weekly ritual. This is more than a game — it’s the start of something beautiful.

Our event is designed to be accessible and welcoming to all skill levels, body types, and identities within the queer women’s community. No athletic background needed — just a willingness to show up, try something new, and laugh along the way. If you’ve ever felt like there wasn’t a space for you in sports, this is it. We see you, we’ve got you, and we can’t wait to rally with you.

Please note: No registration required — just grab your ticket and roll in ready for fun. Wear comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and your most encouraging spirit. If you have a paddle, bring it — if not, we’ve got plenty to share. We’ll also have a little merch table for those who want to take home a memento of the day.
