Express Your Pride Through Art! 🎨🌈

Get ready to unleash your creativity and show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community! In celebration of IDAHOBIT (International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism, and Transphobia) on May 17, we're inviting young artists aged 14-25 to contribute their artistic vision to create stunning murals at Brimbank Library branches.

Using the IDAHOBIT Rainbow Heart as inspiration, you can express yourself through painting, drawing, or digital art. Let your imagination run wild as you interpret love, acceptance, and support for our fabulous LGBTQIA+ community!

How to Get Involved:

• Pick up a canvas from any branch to create your masterpiece at home
• Join us during Chill & Chat sessions to work on your art
• Use the designated creative spaces available at some branches

Don't forget to include your name, age, contact details, and library card number (for Brimbank Libraries members) with your submission.

Important Dates:

• Competition Opens: April 22, 2025 (Term 2 start)
• Entries Close: May 31, 2025
• Winners Announced: June 6, 2025
